347k miles on a 2019 6spd Manual Subaru Crosstrek. Thought it was the Transmission, They took it apart and let me know it was actually the Clutch Fork. New Clutch runs smooth as butter. Got it to them Wednesday and I have it back on Friday already. Saved me money, got it back to me quick and clean, price was within the budget, and id send you to these guys as my first choice. Ty you guys

Highly recommend this shop. Matt and his team were incredibly efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and certainly trustworthy. After taking my Ford Edge to a dealer in Wesley Chapel and being told it'd cost me $239 just to diagnose my problem (grinding noise in the rear axle - a known problem with the Edge - and they suggested it could be anywhere from $1,800 to $3,000 or more wouldn't know until they got into it. I found Jesto Transmission via an internet search.. called spoke with Matt, the owner, and explained situation, he mapped out possible costs for different options (rebuild, replace w/ used or remanufactured) no pressure at all and very patient. I decided to take it to him for a more formal diagnosis. When I got there we took it for a short ride, then I sat in his office 10 -15 minutes just chatting until the tech came in with keys and said you should be good to go... All they did was add fluid... I couldn't believe it and still can't - no more horrible grinding noise and that was two week ago and my Edge is running like new I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATT and his team.

I am thoroughly impressed with my whole experience. Matt moved instantly to get my car in the shop and quickly diagnosed the issue, a transmission seal. He communicated the issue, ordered the correct parts, and began fixing it. The turn around was incredibly quick, only a few days. My car is running better than it ever has, even others have mentioned it to me! You will not disappointed with the customer service or expertise that Jesto offers.

Matt really helped me out with an absolute nightmare of an insurance claim. Carvana sold me a sour lemon and Matt was the mechanic I chose through the warranty process and boy and I glad I did! I can’t tell you how many hours this man spent on the phone dealing with the agency for me and spending time that frankly he wasn’t being paid for to petition for a full repair rather than a partial fix that they proposed. If you’re looking for honesty behind quality work then I’d say look no further. Thanks again for getting my jeep running and helping me through the claim process and furthermore being very communicative and clear about what was going on.

TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for a place who shoots you straight and goes the extra mile for their clients, this is the place! I had a transmission completely blow on my 2019 Chevy Traverse with 96k miles. Originally I had to tires plus. They could not help me. I called several transmission shops and no one answered. Mind you this was a Friday afternoon. So I called around on saturday morning and apparently transmission shops dont work on weekends BUT JESTO picked up. He ended up being the best place by far. He towed my car to his shop saving me money there and he had it done ahead of schedule. The other reccomended shops couldn't even touch my job for weeks or didn't have the transmission available. Now I have a Chevy certified transmission with a 3 year 100k warranty. He even helped me replace my battery which was low and fix an exterior light that was draining the battery. They went above and beyond!! Very happy with Jesto and highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a good transmission shop!!
